- Orders are eligible for a refund or replacement if the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
- Customized products (e.g., printed cups, bags, or boxes with your logo or design) are not eligible for refunds unless there is a printing or production error on our part.
- Requests for refunds or returns must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the order.

- Opened consumable items (e.g., packaging for food boxes if used)
- Orders canceled after production has started

- Products must be returned in their original packaging and in resalable condition.
